The Georgia Pasty Company was started in 2007 in Lake Park Georgia, by Graham Elliott. Lake Park is located in South Georgia, just 15 miles from the Florida Border. South Georgians have welcomed the unfamiliar cornish pasty with open arms, while exciting their taste buds to new levels. Graham is a City & Guilds of London qualified chef. He has lived and worked all over the world; UK, Germany, Malawi, Rwanda, Kenya,Tanzania, USA, Iraq, Jersey CI, Vanuatu. He has worked in numerous positions throughout the catering industry. Chef Elliott owned his own catering company in South Africa, and his own restaurant " the Swazi River Cafe" in Swaziland. Graham has won numerous cooking contests, medals and awards thoughout his catering career. He has now settled down in Valdosta GA with his wife Sharie. |
