All of our pasties are freshly made by Graham Elliott, proprietor, Brit and a true pasty connisseur. All ingredients are fresh and we use no additives or preservatives. Whenever possible, we buy produce from local farmers in Valdosta, Georgia and are committed to supporting sustainable farming practices in our community. Here is a sampling of the delicious pasties we offer at our cafe. We also have daily specials that include mouth watering dessert pies like sweet potato (a local favorite) and berry fillings that are in season. Compliment your pasty with a choice of drinks served warm or cold including a staple British favorite, P&G tea or Horlicks Hot Chocolate. Cold drinks include Ribena, another traditional English berry flavored drink, soft drinks, and waters. Of course our coffee is delicious, freshly brewed from Barnie's roastery. If you want to finish up with a sweet, we have plenty on offer. Six flavors of Edy's Ice Cream, chocolates, and a wide assortment of English "biscuits" from McVitties. All of our edibles are delightful and affordable. You can enjoy a full meal that is both healthy, nutricious and affordable. We also carry frozen ready to cook pies & pastys. We Ship State wide. Tuesday nights 6pm - 8 pm, kids eat for free.         The Georgia Pasty Company has received a Food Service Permit from the Georgia Department of Human Resources, achieving a 100% on the Health Department inspection.
